We understand that contacting us may be a big step for you, that's why we will treat you with the utmost respect and maintain your privacy. Although we do not charge for our services, we are professionals in our approach. Some of our investigators have opted into a certification process through ParaNexus Academy. Those investigators who are Certified Paranormal Investigators (CPI) teach the investigators in training this knowledge-base as they prepare for certification.
While we are scientific in our approach, we also use subjective tools in our approach to prove and understand paranormal activity. We use the services of a medium to communicate with those spirits present, and we use the experience of occult specialists to help the client take back the power of their home/business and remove any unwanted spirits. We do this all within the guidelines of adhering to our three goals: 1.) Help the client; 2.) Help the spirit(s); and 3.) Find answers.
After reading this page, we warmly invite you to contact us if you need help and an understanding ear. Please do not hold back from contacting us if you are experiencing mysterious events. We want to hear from you!

Often times people do not understand the work that is involved when dealing with a paranormal case. When true investigators and researchers accept a case, they work hard to "put the pieces" of the paranormal puzzle together while bringing professionalism to the field. The public, and some times investigators themselves, are mislead or confused about what work truly makes up a paranormal case.
When SPIRITswp investigates a client's home or business, there are usually three stages to that case: 1.) Pre-Investigation; 2.) The Actual Paranormal Investigation of the residence or business; and 3.) Post-Investigation/Next Steps. During the Pre-Investigation stage the team collects atmospheric data, including baselines on the equipment. This is to ensure that the area investigated is documented with what is "normal or average" for that space. The Actual Investigation includes hours of evidence gathering. There are two types of evidence in each paranormal case: Objective and Subjective Evidence. Objective evidence captured is that evidence that can be put to scientific testing: EVP's, Cold Spots, Odors and Smells, Photo's, Video's, and PK/RSPK events. Subjective Evidence captured is that evidence that science can not back up, but only add to. For example: Physical contact, Posession, Psychic Impressions, and Emotional/Mental feelings. Post-Investigation steps include reviewing and analyzing evidence, forming testable hypothesis about what is going on, and next steps for the case, that of times include the work of occult specialists.
The word "Occult" gets confused with the negative connotation of a "Cult." Occult, in its meaning, refers to "knowledge of the paranormal."
