Acres Manor is located at Hundred Acres Drive, South Park,
Pennsylvania. HAM used to be called "Phantom's in the Park," the
haunts predecessor. SPIRITswp first investigated HAM in 2008. After
several EVP's were found within the walls of the haunt and the infamous
"Pump House," the team continued to return for other investigations in
2009 & 2010.
HundredAcresManor.com provides up-to-date information on the haunt each Halloween Season. The haunt is a non-profit organization and donations are made to local charities. The site is continuously changing each year and with these changes comes the remodeling. Remodeling is something that is said to "stir up" paranormal activity. HAM has much previous history that could add to the theories of why the place is experiencing paranormal phenomena. HAM used to be a public pool in the 1950's called, "Sully's Pool." Ethan Turon, Operations Manager for HAM, has had several mysterious experiences while spending time at the haunt to remodel for the next year. His staff have witnessed several events and some are not willing to work in the Pump House. The investigation(s) of Hundred Acres Manor was/were different from a "Client Case" that SPIRITswp would conduct. Normally in client cases there is something that the family or business is not comfortable with and they often times want it removed. For HAM, and it being a local haunted attraction, the case was more for curiosity. |
