OUR MISSION:

To discover more about life, the universe, and the Greater Scheme of Things by scientifically investigating unusual and mysterious events and happenings.

OUR VISION:

To understand and help to understand. We endeavor to help individuals who are experiencing unexplainable events to understand why these events are happening through interviews, investigations, and education. We endeavor to resolve the events so that all can live in peace. We pay as much--if not more--attention to the human aspect as we do the paranormal aspect. This means that we provide comfort to you through education, understanding, and resolution.

OUR APPROACH:

Empirical evidence strongly suggests something of a paranormal nature exists in our world. Therefore, we endeavor to prove the existence of paranormal events by proving they don't exist. In other words, we approach the investigation of paranormal activity of any kind from the position of trying to explain it scientifically. We endeavor to prove that paranormal activity is caused by explainable events, and whatever remains is paranormal. Though we use the scientific method, this does not mean that we are hard-core skeptics; it means that we maintain a healthy skepticism tempered by an open-mind; and, conversely, an open-mind tempered by a healthy skepticism. Truth exists. Only falsehood must be fabricated. We seek to discover the truth.

TYPES OF EVENTS THAT WE INVESTIGATE:

• Ghosts / Spirits

• Mysterious Creatures

• Mysterious Happenings

GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WE COVER:

We cover what is known as the "Mon Valley" area, also reaching out towards the greater Pittsburgh area (thus Southwest PA). We also travel to some parts of West Virginia.

OUR PROCESS:

When you contact us for help, we will ask you a few questions about the event(s). After determining that further investigation is warranted, we will then conduct an onsite investigation to learn more and find answers. Next, we examine our data, do further research if necessary, and then meet with you to discuss our findings. We understand that contacting a group such as us can be a big step for you, therefore, we respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality unless permitted otherwise. It is important to reiterate that through the whole process, we not only help you to understand what is happening, but also help you to feel comforted and understood.

OUR TOOLS:

We use many different tools to find answers, such as EMF meters; digital recorders; digital cameras; digital thermometers; etc. We also use subjective tools such as intuitive feedback, psychics, dowsing, etc., when appropriate. We do not rule out any available tools that are appropriate to a specific investigation.

WHAT WE CHARGE:

Our services are completely free and without charge or obligation. Furthermore, we never ask our clients for money. We do accept  donations to help cover the cost of equipment, batteries, and gas.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

We believe in professionalism in our investigations. We respect both you and your property and will therefore conduct ourselves in a professional and courteous manner. Always. We also strive to be as unintrusive as possible.

HOW TO GET HELP:

Simply contact us and tell us what you are dealing with.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE:

This website is multifaceted. In addition to paranormal investigations, it is also a portal to other websites of interest, as well as an outlet for articles and viewpoints.

OUR PHILOSOPHY REGARDING OTHER PARANORMAL GROUPS:

We are extremely open to working with other paranormal groups as well as sharing and exchanging findings and information. We accept and respect the different approaches and methods that other groups may use. We understand that no one has all the answers and only by working together will we be successful.

TEAM MEMBERS:

Our team members start out as Investigator's In Training (I.I.T.) and then are required to complete a certification program in paranormal investigations (CPI or CLPI designation after their names), and have an excellent knowledge of the paranormal. But our members possess the most important ingredient of all: People skills! We understand that dealing with unexplainable phenomena can be an emotional and sanity-questioning event. Therefore, one of our primary focuses is to help you understand what is happening. Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to who understands! It is comforting to find out that most paranormal phenomena can be explained away as natural and common events that are simply misunderstood.
