  • A family vacationing from Ohio says they spotted what they describe as a 30-foot long serpent like creature swimming in the water off Sand Key Park on Monday.
  • "Nonhuman" is a fairly ironic statement. By definition alone, a cat, giraffe, or bumblebee would all constitute nonhuman entities that, without a doubt, inhabit this planet alongside humankind. And yet, strangely, when you use an expression such as "nonhuman entities," even without clarification, the image this spurs in the mind tends to be of something innately human like, just not quite Homo sapien.
  • One of the most satisfying parts of conducting an investigation of an allegedly paranormal incident or place comes when you actually manage to obtain some "hard" or "real" evidence, as opposed to just the stories of people who claim to have seen or experienced something unusual. In my opinion, the best type of evidence that can be obtained of any alleged paranormal activity - short of actual physical evidence of an alien spacecraft, or a ghost - is photographic or video evidence of something which may be anomalous.
  • Pictures can be deceiving. And that turned out to be the case in Archer City, Texas, after photos from an infrared motion-activated camera produced unusual images on August 6, 2010, according to Fletcher Gray, Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Texas Chief Investigator and State Star Team Coordinator.
  • According to the BFRO, a dark, long-armed figure stood up and walked away from the edge of the river as the two whitewater row boats passed by. The location of the incident, and the physical appearance of the figure, and the behavior of the figure are consistent with a sasquatch. Nothing about the figure, or the incident in general, points to a hoax or a case of mistaken identity.
